What to do if you are pulled over for a DUI
Refer to the officer as Sir or Ma’am
Be polite and cooperative with law enforcement when you are asked for your license, registration, and proof of insurance;
DO NOT answer any questions that the officer may ask you;
DO NOT submit to any sobriety test
DO NOT submit to any breathalyzer test
DO NOT consent to any search of any part of your vehicle or belongings
